Around 10 hours. We typically book this across two sessions to keep it comfortable. Microlocs take around 6 hours.
4 to 6 weeks for palm rolling retwists, 6 to 8 weeks for interlocking. Over-maintenance weakens roots. We will advise the right cadence for your hair at your consultation.
Apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and baking soda break down trapped styling residue, desalinated hard-water minerals common in Dubai, and fine desert dust. Regular shampoo cannot reach these depths. The result is lighter, cleaner, and healthier locs.
Instant locs are formed in a single session using crochet or twisting techniques. Sisterlocs are a proprietary system installed over 10+ hours with a precise grid pattern; they are finer, lighter, and locked using a specialized interlocking tool. Both are maintained with interlocking retightening visits.
Yes. We stock quality extensions, but if you prefer your own we deduct AED 20 from the service charge.
We are open 7 days a week, from 9:30 am to 7:30 pm. We recommend booking 1 to 2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred certified loctician.
Yes, paid basement parking is available directly inside Goldcrest Executive tower. We are also just a 5-minute walk from the DMCC Metro Station (Cluster C exit).
Yes, we welcome children to the studio. Our specialists are African stylists (and mothers) who understand how to care for tender scalps. We use gentle, tension-free sectioning, organic detanglers, and take our time to ensure their styling experience is comfortable and pain-free.
